Bull Shark Necklace, Shark Tooth Necklace, Fossil Shark Tooth Necklace

This shark tooth was found in Lee County, FL. It’s a 0.9 inch bull shark tooth wrapped in black wire and assembled on a 25 inch black braided synthetic leather necklace.

The majority of the fossils found in Lee County, FL are from the Pliocene and Pleistocene Epochs, ranging from 11,000 to 5 million years old. There are many rivers throughout Florida that contain fossils; good water current and some luck is all that is needed for success in that river cutting through this formation. The majority of these fossils are found scuba diving and sifting rivers throughout Lee County. Hunting this formation has produced fossils that have been newer than I usually hunt. Unfortunately, no megalodon teeth are found in this specific formation however, many amazing Tiger, Bullshark, Hemis and Mako shark teeth have been found, all with a beautiful range of color and quality.
