Fossil Glyptodont Scute - Budget Starter Piece, Florida (EDI-87)

Genuine fossil glyptodont scute — personally found by me scuba diving in a Florida river.

This is the budget-friendly way to own a piece of Ice Age armor: a smaller, more worn glyptodont scute (Glyptotherium sp.) with a fainter pattern and rougher edges. Still 100% real, still from a giant armadillo relative the size of a small car — just priced for the collector who wants the fossil, not the showpiece.

Great as a starter fossil, a kid's first glyptodont, or a classroom piece. Compare with our high-quality example (EDI-86) to see the range.
